- Guest Count Selection:
- Begin by specifying the total number of guests for your private party. Note that there is a maximum limit of 60 guests for both Saturday & Sunday Evening Private Parties and Weeknight Private Parties.
- Any additional guests beyond the 60-person limit will incur an extra charge per guest.
- For Saturday & Sunday Evening Private Parties, the charge is $9.50 per additional guest.
- For Weeknight Private Parties, the charge is $8.00 per additional guest.
- Select Date and Time:
- Choose your private party’s desired date and time from the available slots. The venue will be reserved exclusively for your group during this time.
- Select Add-ons:
- Customize your party experience by selecting any add-ons or upgrades available, such as pizza upgrades or additional skating options.
- Party Information:
- Provide detailed information about your party, including any specific requirements or requests. This may include the type of event, any particular themes, or other details that can help the event staff prepare.
- Account Creation and Confirmation:
- If you still need an account, you’ll be prompted to create one. This will allow you to manage your reservation and receive updates about your event.

- Deposit and Payment:
- A deposit is required to secure your booking. For Saturday & Sunday Evening Private Parties, the deposit amount is $570, while for Weeknight Private Parties, it is $480.
- The total base price for the event will be shown, and you can proceed to payment to finalize your reservation.
